Our new standing desks

At Great Bedwyn School we aim to meet the needs of all children as such we have been looking at alternative ways to learn. Thanks to you all and the GBSA we have invested in four standing desks for pupils. They are expensive but have already proven that you don’t need to sit down to learn.

– Think for a moment about how you like to work:
– Do you sprawl on the carpet with your work scattered around you?
– Do you sit in a comfy nook with your work balanced on the arm of your chair?
– Are you a pacer and like to move around to think?

The standing desks allow children to be able to write but think, literally on their feet.
