My name is Rev Jo Reid, just call me Rev Jo!
I was born in Tidworth into a military family and was soon travelling around the world with my family, experiencing my first war at the age of 5 in Cyprus. I joined the Army in 1992 at the age of 24, serving with the Royal Corps of Signals for 12 years. I trained for ministry in Llandaff, Cardiff, learning a little Welsh along the way! In 2010, I was ordained at Christ Church, Oxford.
I moved to the Savernake Team in 2014 as Team Vicar and live in Collingbourne Ducis. I also serve as Lead Chaplain to the Wiltshire Army Cadet Force; something I am extremely passionate about! I love watching films and rugby union (especially the Six Nations!). I am single and Rupert, my Bich-Poo (Bichon Frise/Toy Poodle cross), is the main man in my life!!
